Obtaining her Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Luxury Homes Certification (LHC), Certified Real Estate Professional (CRP), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and Short Sales & Foreclosures (SFR) credentials have ensured that Washington Booth can provide her clients with top-of-the-line service. Her primary market area is Greater Orlando and its surrounding counties (Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Polk, and Lake).Prior to real estate, Washington Booth was most recently Chief Business Development Officer for Talmetrix.
